Turin 1950 », numéroté “37517” avec poinçons de garantie français et poinçon de maître “EJ”

Cadran : blanc avec index stylisés et chiffres arabes, signé « Cartier »

Mouvement : mécanique avec remontage manuel, 19 rubis ajusté 6 positions, porte la mention “Fab. Suisse”, le code “EXU” sur le pont de balancier, signé “European Watch Co Inc”

Bracelet / Boucle : fermoir déployant en or jaune 18k (750), numéroté 12771 avec poinçon de maître partiel de Jaeger

Diamètre : 32 mm

Poids : 41,10 grammes

Avec : un courriel du Palais Princier de Monaco adressé à la famille de Pierre Rey indiquant que la maison Cartier, après avoir examiné les photos, atteste qu’il s’agit d’une commande pièce unique de 1951, qui a été envoyée à Monaco

Provenance : conservée dans la famille par les descendants de Pierre Rey

Case: Round, secret lid in the shape of a 20 Franc coin with the Grimaldi family crest bearing the motto “Deo Juvente” on the reverse, and the effigy of Prince Rainier III of Monaco on the front, dated and signed by the master engraver “P. Turin 1950,” numbered “37517” with French guaranteed hallmarks and maker’s mark “EJ”

Dial: White with stylized hour markers and Arabic numerals, signed “Cartier”

Movement: Mechanical with manual winding, 19 jewels adjusted to 6 positions, bearing the inscription “Fab. Suisse,” the code “EXU” on the balance bridge, signed “European Watch Co Inc.”

Bracelet / Buckle: 18k (750) yellow gold folding clasp, numbered “12771,” French hallmarks, maker’s mark

With an email from the Princely Palace of Monaco addressed to Pierre Rey’s family, indicating that Cartier, after examining the photos, confirms that it is a unique piece from a 1951 special order, which was sent to Monaco
