This particular Fiat 500 is a L version, which stands for ‘Lusso’ – the most refined version of this legendary city car. In addition to its wide-opening sunroof, it features a number of refinements such as ‘super bumpers’ which enhance the original bumpers, a Fiat 850 dashboard that adds to the opulence of the interior, chrome trim which embellishes the window frames, as well as a carpeted floor, all of which make it an attractive and refined city car! It is fitted with a modern 126A1-type engine, originally fitted on the Fiat 126. With a engine capacity of 652 cc producing 24 hp, it provides a slightly more dynamic driving experience and offers greater versatility. The car has had extensive restoration work carried out since 2008 and is fitted with front disc brakes for additional safety. Details of this work are included in the file and in 2025, over €1,100 was spent on servicing, including the fitting of four Michelin whitewall tyres. It is worth mentioning that this model was featured in the 2016 Christmas exhibition at the Motor Village on the Champs-Élysées and its service logbook was signed by the French singer Christophe! A charming example ready to hit the road!
